I am on 1909 stable. Swittched to fast ring at 1 pm NY time, still have not gotten it as of 3:47 pm. Is this for 19025 only?

Probably installed fairly quick but I fell asleep

Prior to trying to Update I thought I might have found the answer as to why had not been possible to Update as normal for at least a year.....this time have succeeded in Updating....though had a slight hitch first time which notified almost straightaway
(see attachment).

The problem I believe were Graphic card drivers....believe it or not over eight GBS on the SSD....have deleted all but the most recent then checked for the latest driver, then uninstalled the previous one....will wait until the next Update for conclusive proof.
