After reading all the post about Cortana I decided to give it a try. I get the same response that others have posted. "Sorry, I can't help with that"
She's still telling me, "Rats, I can't hear you." Probably because I don't have my webcam hooked up.

I had a Mk1 Cortina too. My second car. I can still remember the reg no HML828B. It was maroon with a grey roof and It had a bench front seat, pistol grip handbrake, and steering column mounted gear shift. It was actually badged Consol on the front and Cortina on the rear.

It was probably a hybrid put out by Ford Factory eg they run out of parts to fully make one or other which was common in those days. IIRC the Cortina never had bench seats iirc but the Consuls and Zodiacs did. My Brother in Law had a Ford Consul with bench seats and trigger hand brake and he reckoned it was best design for "entertaining" ladies :-D.
Worse, it could have been an illegal repair job? Welding two halves of crash cars together was common practice in 60s before MOT got stricter.

Lol it wasn't a botch job. It was originally launched as the Consul Cortina in 1962 and was given a face lift in 1964 and re-branded as Cortina. Ford Cortina - Wikipedia

That is something I do not want, nor should I be required to do. I want my PCs to be in real, not in colonial English. I cannot understand the logic in your suggestion; are you really saying that if Cortana stops working for a German or French or Spanish user, they should switch to US English to get it working again?

When a user who wants Windows to be in German sees this, he / she should according to your advice switch to US English?

Same thing for Canada English, not available, only seems to work for us English and even at that most of the time she says sorry can’t help you with that lol.

Really hit n miss!
You have check a million permission settings and mess around with it for hours to get it to do anything!

I did download the beta version — nothing but “I don’t know what to tell you” from Cortana.
