I've had that the last several new builds, ever since MS starting installing the DCH flavor of the driver. DCH does not contain an in-built control panel any more, and now it's the Store version. Looks and acts identical.

Stuck at downloading 100% and will not go any further. A restart and WU just shows stuck at downloading 100% again. Will need to go through a few things to force it to update again.

Installed 19028 in under 1 hour using WU. No obvious problems but will play with it tonight. Also installed an update to the NVidia drivers...first time in a long time.

This was fast just like the last build, I like the fact that when I click update I don’t see getting windows ready before downloading, goes straight to downloading.
