    @ Hoolm,
You should have obscured your email address in your screenshot.
You may simply press Windows key + R and run "winver" without a command window.

I currently do not have that settings header on 18363, 19041, or 19536 builds.
I do hope that if they roll it out for all users, it is equipped with a toggle to disable.
It is absolutely worthless for someone on a machine with a strictly local account.
But I can see how it would be helpful if you tied a microsoft account to it.

    peace
    wanna
I seem to have it in all my insider builds even Release Preview. It's totally useless.

I left mine in a screenie, and someone grabbed my email addy. There's money in selling email addresses; I am still being spammed, so I had to retire that email address. There are lurkers visiting TenForums that we never see who will grab anything they can to make money.

Every so often, I just delete everything and let the spammers start over.

Fortunately, I seldom receive spam, if ever.

    UPDATE:

Known and Resolved issues for Windows 10 Nov. 2019 Update version 1909

Current status as of January 21, 2019:

Windows 10, version 1909 is available for any user on a recent version of Windows 10 who manually selects “Check for updates” via Windows Update. The recommended servicing status is Semi-Annual Channel.

We are starting the next phase in our controlled approach to automatically initiate a feature update for an increased number of devices running the October 2018 Update (Windows 10, version 1809) Home and Pro editions, keeping those devices supported and receiving the monthly updates that are critical to device security and ecosystem health. Our rollout process starts several months in advance of the end of service date to provide adequate time for a smooth update process.

That's the same as what I downloaded on 1/15. Looks like MS is not going to release an ISO for 18362/3.628.

Why would they? 18363.628 is an optional D release, a preview with no new security fixes. They've only ever updated the ISO to a current Patch Tuesday B release, and the most recent one is still .592.
