Not all machines are seeing it yet, seems even this rollout is being done in stages.
I have two near-identical spec Dell Latitiudes (E7270 & E7440). The E7270 was offered the feature update to 1909, the other wasn't (no matter how many times I check for updates). Exactly the same thing happened when 1903 was released.
MS never wants things to pass without incident! Surely they've got to of realised and stopped the constant MSRT update. I restarted and manually checked one more time and here it is again. 5 times I think now
Just burned a version 1909 ISO onto a DVD-R using the Media Creation Tool.

After update, Winver says
Check for updates again & there is a Feature update to Windows 10, version 1909.
Could have missed it the first time. Don't think so, the laptop next to the desktop doesn't it show it.
After reboot, it's there.

Every time i check for updates it installs again and again the malicious tool. Anyone else?
All went fine and fast .........only ; KB890830 keeps installing after every search for updates !!
