I attempted to update this Surface Pro 5 to 19013.1 the other day, It took about 24 hours to tell me it failed and reverted. I tried again today, it progressed fairly rapidly to 45% then slowed to a crawl. I crashed it, and updated it using an ISO from UUPDump. Success at first attempt with the ISO, at normal speed. It has now updated, via WU, to 19013.1000, again at normal speed.

I got them all at once last night Edwin, I switched from the RP Ring to the Fast Ring las night and after a reboot checked for updates and got the Servicing Stack, the main update then the CU.
I've been playing with it for a good few hours today and up to now not found anything that's broken. It also seems faster and more responsive than the 19H2 builds
