Have this updates fixed RESTARTING issue?
For #WindowsInsiders hitting the Settings>System (display settings) bug, we're internally validating a fix that appears to be in builds 19015+. Hoping the next Fast flight will have it fixed!

Lappy updated after initial failure..
- have intermittent (hardware ?) fault on main PC, so not able to update at present..
- 19013 running OK..
I read that too, and that doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
The term 20H1 means that version will be released WITHIN the first half of 2020, not BEFORE -- and seeing how there are rumours about MS switching to a December/June release schedule, that would imply that 20H1 would come out sometime in June of 2020, not late 2019?
Am I missing something here?
All these speculations are based on an article by Zac Bowden and he updated that article on October 29:
So basically nothing has changed, feature updates will continue to be released to the general public in April or May and in October or November.Update October 29, 2019: I'm hearing that Microsoft intends to get the RTM build out to Insiders in the Slow ring around mid-December. It'll then go to the Release Preview ring in January, before being released officially to the public in March/April, just like previous updates. So RTM is earlier, but public availability is around about the same.
Another recent article about the matter in post # 15 from this link:
Windows 10 20H1 release will be first to RTM in December
