Did 4 machines all via UUPDump (same USB Flash Drive 64 bit pro amd) all had that Warning at the start After the "Accept" of Agreement and Before next screen to accept the Keeping of all Files and Folders check/tick....then usual blue % screen install.
So yes, first time I have ever seen this Warnings screen, perhaps M$ are now covering themselves 'in case of' loss of user files and or property??.
Edit: Have not seen any loss of files, folders or programs. (touch wood)....will check Settings further..

I just run vssadmin delete shadows /all as a Powershell command now following each install and find that seems to stop any more restore points being created and fully deletes those that have been created, at least for that build. I have even disabled SR using local policy editor but it creates the initial restore points with each new build.
