    Looking at both the link Brink provided and the video OldMike65 provided - this is basically designed for gamers. Performance vs. 9900K is overall about 8 percent more. I'm sure benchers would love it too.

    With that, though I'm a gamer, and not much of a benchmarker, for me, I see no reason to dump a 9900K for the "9900KS Special Edition". Were I in the market now... no doubt the 9900KS Special Edition.

    BTW, I am running a 9900K.
