    Just to be clear my issue is with Insider build 19008.1000 (Oct. 24). I know these threads can get confusing and some non-insiders may post here so please make sure you're an insider before posting to my issue.

    And yes, my "non-insiders" version does not have the issue.

    Haven't read back all the previous posts, but have you tried this? I just did, and RUN remembers the commands and entries.

    Run does not save command history in Windows 10

    Show most used apps... this shouldn't be connected but anyway.. if it fixes the issue..
