That Heidoc tool was updated to include the MS links for 1909 a few days ago, but until today they were not working as MS hadn't uploaded the ISOs yet. Now they are there, which suggests that today really is the day. The MCT will only get the updated ISO atter 1909 is officially released.


Oddly, the 1909 ISO says it contains 18362.418, not 18363.

C:\WINDOWS\system32>dism /get-wiminfo /wimfile:F:\sources\install.wim

ServicePack Build : 418

This seems to be correct, as an earlier Insider ISO from UUPDump said the same thing but still installed 1909 build 18363. The step up from 18362 to 18363 is made by an 'enablement package' which seems to be included in these 1909 ISOs.
