    I don't have this update, this KB4517245. (running win 10, 1903)
You won't, it's not offered to anyone except Insiders at present. That will change on 1909's release. I got a copy of KB4517245 from UUPDump to test it, but restored back to my 1903 Macrium image afterwards. I prefer to wait until it's released and let windows update do it properly.

Mine, too, just briefly to Flanders when I signed on, then back to my TF 2020 Dark. John changed the Logo temporarily in honor of Remembrance Day in UK. Look in upper left of the page header.

In the UK, and I believe English speaking British Commonwealth Countries, the term is "Remembrance Day".

For youngsters, it is always on closest Sunday to Nov 11th to mark the end of World War 1 at 11 minutes past 11 on November 11th 1918. Of course, it is not limited to remembering just World War 1 but to remember all military personnel who have fallen in conflicts to date,

It is a tradition in many companies that all staff stop work at 11.11 on Nov 11th and observe 1 minutes silence.

I like today's Google symbol - just a simple red poppy.
