Yes it worked . But a lot of work to download, convert and then make an ISO, installing windows (keeping all settings and programs), reboot a lot of times . But now I'm with you at 18363.448 (don't tell me, that yours is now 18363.449!!!)

This time Microsoft has made a mistake with all this confusion about buildnumbers, it looks more and more like Brexit here in Europa
From the uupdump site you can download a command that downloads and creates the ISO for you.
Anyway, you should not need a clean install, you could start with your current 1903 installed system at Build 18362.418 and do an upgrade to 18363.448 keeping all your files and apps.
We'll see what happens with the official release of 1909...

Lot of banging around and force feeding UUP Dump ISO's into daily production machines when 19H2 could change again before public release. As in the past, jumping the gun and manipulating to get there first has led to issues for some. Not all terrible things, but some horror stories leading to clean installs. UUP Dump is a good site and works well for it's intended purpose, mainly to get Insider Builds when the MS WU croaks (that happens more than it should). We all know it's not MS, and we all know it comes from data on the MS servers, so no need to repeat all that.

As stated by MS many times, this (19H2) will not be a feature upgrade, it's 99% internal tweaks and fixes. Cleaning up of 19H1. So not much, if any, advantage to getting there before it's really ready. That will be soon.

    Just IMO.

Well i decided to do a clean install a few days ago to fix some issues on my Windows 10 Pro Desktop System, guess still had 2 Flash Drives made, One with 1903, and One with 1909 Uupdump iso, and then of course i grabbed the 1909 one, then i was like grrr i don't wanna redo the main part of the install.

So eventually just joined Release Preview, and prays it continues working well, then after RL move will drop out of Release Preview Insider, and hopefully all good after that, Plan B i'll just purchase a newer SSD and redo the install if have to, My WD Blue 250gb SSD has about 80 percent life left according to Western Digital SSD Dashboard lol

I have been using UUP ISO for almost a year now. I have also been using Update Manager for Windows v0.9a for my updates, with the Disable Automatic Option selected. Just for grins instead of UUP download I used Update Manager for 19002.1 and 19002.1002 as well as 18363.446 and 1863.448. All 4 went perfectly on first try. There's no getting ready then downloading and downloading like WU. You get download, install and note to restart all 4 took less than 30 each minutes with no problem.

I've just put my daily driver into RP to get 1809. It seems to be stable so far. Whether I will drop out of RP after general release is yet to be decided.

Odd since this update, Disk Cleanup always shows 2.92GB of Windows Updates that needs to be cleaned.

Instead of Disk Cleanup, try with Settings>System>Storage>Temporary Files. Click Temporary Files. May be old Windows Updates to be deleted/compressed and cleaned up.

thanks, tried that, the odd 2.92Gb is still shown in Disk Cleanup, was not as issue before this update. I remember a few versions back, a similar thing occurred and was eventually fixed. I have reported this on the Feedback Hub
