Yepper the 2nd installation of that CU increased the version number. I wonder what they changed in it from this morning?

My gamerrig just got up from 18363.10022 to 18363.418 earlier today, I then downloaded the 2 cab-files from Brinks #0 post, and installed then. Now I am on 18363.446.
    Which update gave you .448?

It would be nice if MS told us what they are doing. This does have an impact on Windows 10 Users. We should have some idea of why? Release notes..RTC...

Unless you want to play with Windows insider builds and have a backup of your older systems, I think you should wait for the general release.
Thanks for the kind advice, fg2001gf10F.

I'm not part of the insider program, nor have any intention joining. My current 1909.446 setup was upgraded from 1903.418 installing the cabs taken from UUPdump:
Find files in Feature update to Windows 10, version 1909 (18363.446) amd64 - UUP dump
    Code:
    windows10.0-kb4501374-x64.cab 5ceaa441ec2b92ad66ff9912be33dccd127781dd 1.54 MiB
    windows10.0-kb4513661-x64.cab af1ba82470e25b9d42c29d3fa559b5fa7ed371a0 3.18 MiB
    windows10.0-kb4517245-x64.cab 4250e1db7bc9468236c967c2c15f04b755b3d3a9 20.04 KiB
    windows10.0-kb4517388-x64.cab 27d12c8178f3c32925c1cd3ba8a94e6fff36522b 10.93 MiB
    windows10.0-kb4522355-x64.cab e03d24b3fbdf9fb044314d8b81eb7053a99e23d3 319.36 MiB
    windows10.0-kb4525419-x64.cab b1cabbb4bf4c6777aab3ef43d949c9eae7ecf247 14.2 MiB
Will it be receiving regular updates after the official release of 1909? Or do I need to uninstall the cabs to bring it back to 1903.418?

    Many thanks and best regards,

Yes would be nice if Microsoft told us what going on, i thought .418 was Final, and now went to 446, and now today 448, and no explanation as to why or what was fixed at all.

#54 I have just tried the same KB file as yours from UUdump as WU don't want to give me any updates, but I'm still on .446. I think MS is spreading a lot of fog in this "update-circus"!

Many things could change before the final release, I think you are better off staying with 1903, there could be more updates coming after .418 before they offer 1909 to the general public.
