KB4522355 Windows 10 Build 18362.449 19H1 and 18363.449 19H2 - Oct. 23 Insider

I wonder why Windows Update found KB4522355, while Windows Update MiniTool found KB4517389.

KB4517389 was a B update on Update Tuesday which was a normal update.

KB4522355 was a D optional update released on the last week of Oct. It was a preview to the Nov updates.

I'm not part of the insider program, nor have any intention joining. My current 1909.446 setup was upgraded from 1903.418 installing the cabs taken from UUPdump:

Will it be receiving regular updates after the official release of 1909? Or do I need to uninstall the cabs to bring it back to 1903.418?

On 11/12/2019 Win 10 1909 was released to the public, the current build is 18363.476.
The official ISO downloaded with MCT1909.exe is at build 18363.418.
I updated all my machines on public release from 18362.476 to 18363.476 with normal W.U. (Optional Feature Update).
I also tried an update using the official ISO .418 setup, during the process it checks for updates and brings up the system to 18363.476.
