No, but 18362.449 has gone public for 1903, so it's now 'public' for a non-insider 1909 too.
MS has stated in the past that 1903 and 1909 share the same CU.

It was 1st released in the Release Preview ring and now gone public.

And I might add, it seems very stable and ready for prime time!

Sorry, I've not read all 15 pages here, but why is this update showing up on my non-insiders machine as an optional update?

    Thanks.

    Hello Drew,

That would be for the update below instead for the public builds.

Thanks Shawn. These updates are confusing at times. I try to pay attention to the insider tags, but then this pops up

I guess I need to read what it's about and determine it's "optional" status.

    Thanks.

Yes, even when you know what you're doing more or less (or you think you do, anyway..) I can't remember a more arcane update schedule...confused me, too, so don't feel alone. But..to be honest, after being on the Fast ring for most of the last five years, I had dropped to Slow Ring, and then a couple weeks later dropped again to the Release Preview ring---soooo...nah, it's still a little confusing I think.... But all's well that ends well, eh? (Thankfully!)

I'm on the fast ring but that's on my backup laptop, which I hardly use. I just have that in case I need to reference something on the insiders program. But as noted this was to do with my desktop non-insider system.
