I am on 1909 Build 18363.448 and now I am getting 449 through WU. It was not showing up a while ago.

I guess they fixed it.

Just saw the news. Coming through via WU right now (getting things ready). Will add to commentary in this post if something weird happens, or the update doesn't work.

The initially only pushed the update to insiders on 1903, within the last hour they updated it to include 1909.

Of course they did. Right after I snagged the .cab and DISM'd it.
