Started with non-insider 1903.18362.418, and installed the cab files taken from UUPDump site:
    1. First update using KB4517245 from 18363.327 page, bringing the build up to 1909.18363.418,
    2. Second update using all 6 cab files form 18363.446 page, including KB4522355 and a newer KB4517245 . This brought the build up to 1909.18363.446.
    3. Performed system cleanup.
So if I uninstall KB4517245, what would winver show? 1903.18362.446 perhaps?
And more importantly, will this current build be able to receive the general release updates?
    Many thanks and best regard,
If you uninstall the 1909 enablement package it will go back to 18362.446 which is not an official release, latest public release 18362 is still .418.
If you stay with 18363.446 I assume it will be updated when 1909 is finally released.
If you want to go up to 18363.448 with W.U. right now you would have to be in the Insider Preview.
You can stop the Insider Preview when the public release of 1909 will be available.
After that you should be back to normal. :)
Not sure if this exercise is gaining you anything at this point :)

I've been doing beta tests for many years and I must say this is by far the most confusing insider version of windows I've seen to date. I wonder if it can get any more confusing at this point.

I to suspect that when they decided to make 19H2 a CU "upgrade" they didn't know how to do it so they used a high number 18362 build to avoid interference at a later stage rather than going straight to 18363, hence the mess we now have.

Yep, switched to Preview Ring on 18362.10022, then got updated to 18362.10024, and finally to 18363.448.
