New Windows 10 Insider Preview Fast+Skip Build 19002 (20H1) - Oct. 17 Insider

Very interesting thread bugswise. Apologies for hopping back on my hobbyhorse, but I am still not in any Insider program for now. Just would like to follow what is going on in the Insiders Program's world.

Got the new version about 1PM (Eastern US). Went without a hitch. The previous version aborted and went back to the original version. I had to download and do the install a second time. This time no problems.

Thanks, but afraid that doesn't produce better results. The Microsoft suggested workaround linked in the first post doesn't work either. Guess I'll just have to put up with it until there's a fix.

Yes, unfortunately it seems MS can only fix it, I am sure that you must have sent a feedback.

Can someone help with the installation of this build?
I downloaded the build and while it shows to restart to update, I can't. You know why.
Soo... Any ideas to install?

Several of us found if you shut down your machine via the button and do a restart you can then install. It may take a few tries but should work for you.

Build 19002.1002 downloading now.
