Installed 19002.1 on second try. I don't think shut down is working but I haven't tried as yet.

EDIT: I tried all of the fixes mentioned in 18999 and they seemed to work if I disconnect all USB devices and powered off.

Up and running, Just the usual deletion of my printer driver with every new update.
Hi. I have download the new version. Like many I was stuck in the restart to install. After the install I have now black screen. Keyboard not responding. Need help please to fix this
19022.1 installed first attempt. Still have the restart problem (as expected.)
My desktop is on it's second attempt. It's also doing the download, install, download, install routine.
This build appears to be a perfect one after a clean install.
Won't restart to finish install. Tried shutdown /r /t 0 /f, still won't restart. I'll let it go over night and see what happens.
