I'm having the exact same problem. I've tried so many fixes and different ISOs from UUP that i'm sick of it now. Whatever I do I cannot move off of .100xx builds!
MS has not yet published the update to get from .100xx to .418 (.446 now). The update to ,10024 was a first step in the process.

Thank you kado897 and I do understand this but .10024 is only applicable 18362. I have several machines on 18363.10022.

Ah. Don't think you should be there. If you don't have any way of going back to 18362 I can't see how you will move forwards without a clean install.

It seems impossible for me to get 18363.418 for some reason.

Kari, I tried the 18363.418 ISO and it left me on 18683.10024...

On the PC sitting next to this one it wouldn't allow the upgrade, only a clean install.

Hello #WindowsInsiders we have released 19H2 Build 18363.418 to everyone on Build 18362.10024 and in the Release Preview ring. If you are in the Slow ring, you will *not* receive this update. You will need to switch to the Release Preview ring.

Switched from the Slow Ring to the RP Ring yesterday. Tonight I got an update which has taken me to this.

Was a pretty long procedure, around 1 hr 20 mins. Seems to be working OK up to now.
    Interesting, version 18363.448.
