That was a slow one. It's late here so I'll tidy up in the morning.
Went in quick. Looked like it had a service stack update right at the beginning, then took off. Maybe 10 minutes.

Any Insider on Build 18362.100xx should receive this update regardless of your ring settings. If you already moved from the Slow ring to Release Preview ring as recommended below last week – you will still get this update.
But WHEN will we receive it?? I'm on 18362.10022, and nothing is showing up in W.U. I moved from SlowRing to Release Preview 2 days ago. But as I read this, it don't matter if I'm in SR or RP, my PC "should" get the update to 18363.418 --- but when?

Okay, but when will 18363.418 arrive? "Any Insider on Build 18362.100xx should receive this update regardless of your ring settings." today? Next week? Some have it allready, and others don't.
Is there a .cab file to download, so it can be installed manually?

If you're on the Release Preview ring, you may get it now.
