    Improvements and fixes in the update

    The following updates are available for all Surface Pro 4 devices running Windows 10 April 2018 Update, version 1803 or greater:

    Windows Update History Name Device Manager Name
    Surface – Firmware – 103.2851.256.0 Surface Embedded Controller Firmware– Firmware

    • 103.2851.256.0 helps improve battery life.

    It's for version 1803 and higher, so I would assume 1909 would be supported to install the firmware from. However, 1909 is not a public release yet, so it may not be.

    Hope that didn't confuse things.
