I use this extension and I think that maybe there's a firefox version available:

I can understand an aversion to sweet products... here in the UK almost every site, by law, has to put up a banner message about them so you know. So frustrating. Just hope we can get rid of that when we leave the EU!
@Wynona - I guess there are few sites you can access..

I didn't get offered to accept cookies. Moreover, the comment on that post bugs me out.

Only the ones that try to force me to take an action to "accept" their cookies. I know there are cookies everywhere; I just don't accept arbitrary orders.

Several have reported that 1909 is not being offered via Windows Update, being replaced by 1903. I'm wondering if it's related to this:
Windows 10 update: Microsoft is finally fixing this frustrating problem with your PC | Express.co.uk
That figures. I was offered v1909 on my desktop PC before Xmas but paused the update. Now I've allowed the update, v1909 isn't being offered.

It may take awhile for the update to 1909 to be offered again, since you just reactivated updates.

    UPDATE:

Known and Resolved issues for Windows 10 Nov. 2019 Update version 1909

Current status as of January 21, 2019:

Windows 10, version 1909 is available for any user on a recent version of Windows 10 who manually selects “Check for updates” via Windows Update. The recommended servicing status is Semi-Annual Channel.

We are starting the next phase in our controlled approach to automatically initiate a feature update for an increased number of devices running the October 2018 Update (Windows 10, version 1809) Home and Pro editions, keeping those devices supported and receiving the monthly updates that are critical to device security and ecosystem health. Our rollout process starts several months in advance of the end of service date to provide adequate time for a smooth update process.

I got this downloaded early Sunday morning. But I'm not seeing some of the changes that are supposed to be there. I don't have the event label window in my calendar. I still just have the "+" sign there that launches another window to label an event.

It did kind of mess with my file explorer function on all of my hard drives but in a good way. The fonts are much bigger now and I can easily see them without having to go in and apply that change registry code. However it changed all of the views from large icons which is what I want, to details. So one by one as I go into them I'm having to change the views back to how I had them before. I'll gladly take that trade off to get easier to read fonts.
