That's false advertising.
Update:
Brink and Bree were kind enough to verify that the 418 ISO does include the KB4517245 update that turns on 1909.
Apologies for causing any confusion.

Search box in file explorer:
a. I find when trying to modify text here that the cursor vanishes - e.g. I click in text typed here and there's no cursor.
- I think that happens after having entered an advanced query syntax expression.
When this happens seems a bit erratic.
b. syntax for advanced query syntax is no longer highlighted in blue which used to identify it.
However that syntax still works here. E.g. datecreated:15/09/19..18/09/19
Hmm 1909 was tiny download and installed in few minutes, cant be that big a deal and nothing popped up on restart to say what is new etc.
What it doesn't show is that the ISO also contains the enablement package that turns on the 1909 features and bumps the build up to 18363. This ISO has been tested by Brink and it DOES install 18363.418.

Yes it does, and then it doesn't. (For me, I have to add). If you just do 'normal' text searches you won't experience this. Try using Advanced Query Syntax as I said. It was really frequent.
I couldn't work out exactly what triggered it. The mouse cursor position was still valid, but no cursor - when the problem was present.
As I need to wait for another program to be updated for compatibility, I've uninstalled 1909 for now.
