If you download from UUPDump, you can get it.
Not only from UUP Dump, you can also download the official ISOs from MSDN or you can also create the ISO with the ESD file using esd-decrypter-wimlib-53.

Just a tad bit above my pay grade, Leo! It took me long enough to master UUPDump as it is.

Thanks. Wasn't even aware of that. That said, I'm sorry to say I'm a little behind on this so what or where is UUDump?
    It's here: UUP dump

Anyone, Insider or not, can browse for a build and download it. Although the site is not in any way affiliated with Microsoft, all the files it downloads to construct the ISO of your choice come direct from Microsoft's update servers.

    Thanks.
UUPDump downloads are from Microsoft servers. Go to uupdump.ml and follow this YouTube tutorial from @Kari: YouTube

Yes, I used UUPDUMP to create my own 1909 installation media. It is fast, fun and exciting.

It overwhelms me; that they finally decided to add new stuff only once a year, and then using the next six months for "under-the-hood" and UI improvements, instead of adding new stuff(mostly which I don't need or will ever use), and the last stuff still remans broken.
Would giving EDGE the same flexibility and features that FIREFOX has, be considered an "improvement", or "new stuff".

I don't like switching back and forth between the two depending on the task that needs to be accomplished.

A CPU may have multiple “favored” cores (logical processors of the highest available scheduling class). To provide better performance and reliability... Bla bla bla.
Ok my question is ? Does that work only with intel cpu or does it also work for amd cpu?

It wasn't specified, so one may assume both. Time will tell.
