Anyone, Insider or not, can browse for a build and download it. Although the site is not in any way affiliated with Microsoft, all the files it downloads to construct the ISO of your choice come direct from Microsoft's update servers.

Yes, I used UUPDUMP to create my own 1909 installation media. It is fast, fun and exciting.

Would giving EDGE the same flexibility and features that FIREFOX has, be considered an "improvement", or "new stuff".

I don't like switching back and forth between the two depending on the task that needs to be accomplished.
