Downloaded the ISO, but I cannot do an in place upgrade, I currently have had 18363.418, but when running setup, I cannot keep my existing apps and settings. I downloaded the iso for the same version and language I have installed. Any ideas?

It's a bug.

Did you install the KB4517245 Enablement package? Uninstalling the Enablement package will let the in place-upgrade work normally again.

If I uninstall this will I still be on 1909? I want to reinstall because the Timeline function has stopped working an none of the fixes work

guys now is iso OK but setup showing me we cannot set how many space you have on your disk to install it
wtf i have 93GB free space on disk c so how fix it ?

No, you will downgrade back to 1903.

finally iso is ok so you need only tick using aria 2 and convert
integrate updates when avaliable(windows converter only)
