Microsoft: If you are an Insider who wishes to remain on the November 2019 Update – you will want to switch to the Release Preview ring. In the coming weeks, we plan to move Insiders who are on Build 18362.100xxx forward to the final November 2019 Update build.
    Yes, waltc I did same.
I interpret Microsoft as saying here, "If you are on the Slow Ring @ v1903 build 18362.100xx, and you want to stick with the final build instead of going on to 20H1 with the Slow Ring, go ahead and move to the RP Ring now and in a couple of weeks we will move you to the final November 18363.xxx build."

I already tried moving myself into the Preview Ring 18363 build by doing an upgrade install of the 18363 ISO on the Flight Hub on top of 18362.10022--but I ended up with 18363.10022....guaranteed to never get updates because of the hybrid build #. So, I reverted my 18363.10022 partition via Macrum Reflect back to 18362.10022, and moved to the RP Ring, where I shall patiently await being moved to the final November build...

You can get the ISO for 1909 but you have to perform a clean install. I will wait.

You can place the ISO on your desktop and perform an upgrade by using the ISO as an .exe file.

It seems a poor way of doing things for a major company

Downloaded this and did an inplace install. Still wound up with what I had from SLOW ring eventhough I changed to RP ring before the inplace install.

Install likely failed and you need to run it again.

I'm puzzled why it's a zip file, it should be the MCT executable or an ISO. Where did you get it from?
