This is a weird update from .10024. It's behaving more like a feature upgrade than a CU. It's very slow after the restart.
Took me 3 hrs on my older Laptop and on restart it was really slow.
Looked at Task Manger and lots of activity that looked like it was still doing some update activity.
It took about an hr to calm down.

    It is looking better today.

I've got v1909, 18363.449...and Microsoft tried to update the KB4522355 info page, but put it down as 18362.449 instead of 18363.449--I guess because of the build not being released yet officially as 1909--but remaining as listed as 1903. This felt like an oddball release for the near-official November final release. Strange number tricks...Getting the Windows 10 November 2019 Update Ready for Release-1909-18363.449.jpg

Has anyone noticed a problem with the latest of the releases a problem with sleep? My computers won’t go to sleep at the designated time, and if manually put to sleep, they wake up again after some time. This is new in last week or so. Not been a problem before.
