Hello #WindowsInsiders we have released 19H2 Build 18363.418 to everyone on Build 18362.10024 and in the Release Preview ring. If you are in the Slow ring, you will *not* receive this update. You will need to switch to the Release Preview ring.

Well, my laptop is still on 18363.10024, and is on Release Preview, but I have not got this update to 18363.448 (or 18363.418!). In fact, there are no updates at all when I look for them.
Should I start to look for errors in my laptop WU?

Looks to me like you have the same problem that I had. I don't think 18683.10022 or .10024 will get any updates.

In the end, I reinstalled the 1909 (KB4517245) Feature Update and was then able to uninstall it where before this I could not. This reverted the build back to 18362.10024. From there, it should pick up the 18362.448 update. In fact, my machines are all now on 18363.448 and all from Windows Update.

Yes! As you wrote, it was KB4517245 that stopped me. I uninstalled this "update" and the version dropped to 18362.10024, and after a reboot, WU found a new update. Thank you for info!

If your Windows is on 18362.10024 you have to be on the Insider "Release Preview ring" ( not the slow ring) to get the latest ( fall ) 1909 pre-release.
That is all covered at the very top of the Insider Blog post, date October 21.

UPDATE 10/21: Today, we have released 19H2 Build 18363.418 to Windows Insiders who are on Build 18362.10024 and in the Release Preview ring. If you are on Build 18362.10024 and still in the Slow ring, you will *not* receive this update. You will need to switch to the Release Preview ring as recommended in the below blog post to pick up the final 19H2 build today. If you remain in the Slow ring, you will be updated to 20H1 very shortly. Now’s the time to double-check your Windows Insider Program settings!

This is a weird update from .10024. It's behaving more like a feature upgrade than a CU. It's very slow after the restart.

My pleasure Burgurne. That is what we're here for. This had proven to be a tricky for me as I had run Disk clean-up after installing KB4517245 therefore preventing it being uninstalled. I've learned something too as I did not know you could reinstall a KB that was already installed.
