After installation, which was flawless, restarting the computer—as I always do after an install and before testing — the restart seems to hang - one computer now 15 minutes and still restarting, the second one also in restarting screen and keeps on ‘restarting’ with no end in sight for either. Be interesting to see what the next two do upon completion of install.
Finally had to do hard shut-down and restart to get to test machine.
and hard shut-down necessary on three of four machines before I can test anything. What gives?

Overnight install for me. Usually takes two to three hours.

Install went fine. Nothing to report there.

18999? lol really? Been going in increments of five for how many builds now?

Thought for sure this one would be 19000, but whatever lol.

The only thing I noticed out of place so far is this is the second build installed that Updates said had failed.
Telling it to retry resulted in Updates searching and then returning a you are up to date reply.
The last 2 also do not show up in my Update History list. The last being shown installed is 18990.

Otherwise uneventful. All cleaned up and backed up with Macrium Reflect.

    peace

Slowest upgrade lately, two hours and 10 minutes. About 1:20 for online phase, then 0:50 for offline phase.

I suggest those who don not want any 'restart' or 'shutdown' issues to NOT install this Build.

Also after install seeing a yellow warning that WU 'Needs Attention' when a live WU check returns no result and all 'up to date', warning still there.
