KB4517389 Windows 10 Build 18362.418 19H1 and 18363.418 19H2 - Oct. 8 Insider

Installed smootly. Would be however very nice if we got some sort of release notes for this one.

I did that once before.. before previous release, but this time it has no effect. i can change to RP ring, but no downloads offered.

I think you need to wait until they are both on the same build.

Actually, I switched in March this year from a build behind. RP is constantly ahead of Slow ring, when the release is near. Don't let me do this now.. Maybe after the next Slow ring update.

Rhetorical question I guess. I am curious how it will become one.

The RP eing is currently on 18363.418 if you have been given the option to upgrade. So 18362.1022 is lower than that and should be able to be updated to 18363.xxx.
