Not able to build ISO of 18363.418

Sorry if this is off-topic but I don't know were else to post this ...

I have been using UUPDUMP and their script to try and build and ISO of Win10 v1909 bld 18363.418.

I tried first using the Feature Update script, then I tried using the Cumulative Update script.

Both took a long time (well over an hour) but when done, both had the same results: although the script files clearly say 18363.418 in their filenames, and the ISO files also say that (18363.418.191006-1449 19H2), when I mount the ISO file and run dism, it clearly says 18362.418.

I have no idea what is wrong.

Wonder if after installing with the UUPDump ISO package, it would at first be 18362, and then after entilement little update changes to 18363.418, Only a guess on my end, as i haven't tried my UUPDUMP created ISO as yet for any installs on household systems, thinking will at some point, but haven't yet

Does show with DISM command when I checked with that 18362.418

I thought it might show 18362.418 with the Feature Updrade ISO and then do an update to 18363 -- but I did not expect to see that with the Cumulative Update ISO. And, apparently, yours looks OK -- so I'm stumped.

    Insider KB4517389 Windows 10 Build 18362.418 19H1 and 18363.418 19H2

Here is my Offical Results of Dism checking with The UUPDUMP Feature Update ISO grabbed yesterday, not on flash drive as yet, so have not attempted install on any system thus far

May Try clean install with it possibly soon, not sure exactly when though, depends on real life schedule, and such, System backups already done, so just matter of time to find to do the install, and see if actually does end up as 1909, and such. But at times extremely busy lately, thinking Maybe Sunday i can get this done or maybe even late tonight, but will see

Reason wanna do a clean install
*Full Removal traces of Avast Free Antivirus that I was using for a long time
Remove Traces of former installed programs
Clean up files on Drives fully
    Have a nice stable system
    and Nice Clean System Image

Laptop I need to fix the extra partition at end of it's 128gb m.2 nvme ssd, otherwise that systems performing fine

Guess i'll do Desktop First, then if all is well, move onto Laptop to get that done at some point after Desktop

Unfortunately MS never made a real change of the Build from 18362 to 18363, the ISO's still show Build 18362.418, the change to v 1909 and build 18363 is just for show and is added with the 1909 enablement package KB4517245, but the basic build package is still 18362. The big problem with this silly setup is that you cannot do an update in place from 18363 to 18363 using an ISO file, because there is no ISO at Build 18363, MS never released one.
I hope they'll make one available before they release v 1909, because the current available ISO's are completely useless, they only allow to go from 18362 to 18363, but not from 18363 to 18363 without removing all the installed programs and files.
This is a major problem that needs to be fixed before general release.
I don't know why they even bother changing the Build number if they don't make a fully functional ISO.
