Cumulative Update KB4517389 Windows 10 v1903 build 18362.418 - Oct. 8 Win Update

This update went quickly for me, no issues that I am aware of at this time.

Installed again while I was playing CSGO. Is it normal for MRT not to appear under Updates History?

In Update History scroll down to Other Updates and it should be there.

same thing, got another error code for the first time in updating windows

Mu error code was 0x80242016

Odd!

Due to my bad it took 3 hrs to update. When it started checking for updates I accidentally closed the window.
After that it said I was up to date. After running troubleshooter with no errors and resetting Windows Update it still said I was up to date. I did a manual update from the catalog and it updated to 18362.418 and it looked fine. WU said I was up to date but I was still missing 2 Office 2013 updates and the MRT update.

I pulled out my Macrium rescue USB and restored to 18362.388 which took 23 minuets.
After the restore WU worked OK and I got all my updates.
