downloaded and installed to 100% then started downloading it again
now installed and working so far no problems

Hardly unexpected. It should be well known by now that there is always a cumulative update on the second Tuesday of the month. 'Patch Tuesday' is the most important CU of the month as it is the only CU with new security fixes.

Microsoft said:

Bree - we know that its Patch Tuesday, but since 1903 has been getting a CU almost every week its like another dose of bad tasting Cough Medicine !

Installed fine on my desktop.

Did not work the first time nor the second and third time. Nothing to do other than MS Catalog.
