So, trying to do a upgrade in place failed for me...

We were also having 2 errors and MS catalog did not work either (screenshot). We did not try the troubleshooter and decided to do a clean install instead. That's how we got the latest CU to work, manually and offline.

    No bug so far.

Maybe removing Edge (Unzip) and IE cause this failure. We're also trying a new corrosive cleaner for a month that may also be part of the equation: PrivaZerdotexecute.
For me I know the reason, it is because I disables Microsoft\Windows\UpdateOrchestrator from task scheduler,

Stranger thing I used to update before even though it was disabled.

See reports of GPU problems with this update on HP ProBooks which may be why Windows Update won't update my ProBook to v1903

The last time I used Support Assist it broke my PC. There are no newer drivers listed on the HP Support Site.

Knew it. Even my Predator's latest drivers are from 2017 in Acer site. Many new drivers were automatically installed by Windows 10 but for some, I used Microsoft Catalogue (Intel HD Graphics, Wi-Fi, SOund, Ethernet, touchpad, etc). You can use the generic Intel HD Graphics as well, since I found it to be as stable as the one found in MS Catalogue (from February, 2019). My PC is on 18362.418 without any issues that other face here.

Steve, you might want to try this driver, directly from intel:

I just checked and both are being installed.

EDIT 2: My mistake (KB4525419) is available as a CU.
