The latest SSU for this version of Windows was KB4515530 and doesn't show in Update history. To see if you have it, you have to go to: Control Panel > Programs & features > View Installed Updates. Normally MS will install it for you when you check for Updates and not all CUs come with a SSU.

I think that you are wrong, the lastest SSU is Kb4520390. That SSU was installed with 09/27 CU. But in this CU, I have not SSU. I have see it in control panel

Both of you guys are right. My bad!. The one I mentioned was before KB4520390. I have just noticed that.

You should probably check out this article from AskWoody in Computer World. Your pseudonym in tenforums has been referred to with regard to the printing issue. According to what I read, your printing issue has to do with the patch for IE11

Probe reporting all is working using LibreOffice portable version. Microsoft didn't break anything as far as I can tell.
