No idea why would they do that, plenty of space on C: and those disks are data only, no trace of any OS.

It has been known for previous versions of Windows to do that, which is why I unplug them during a clean install.

Strange thing anyway, now it's doing it to D and again only data there. E: is my other. regular W10.

I've seen a lot of activity on other drives but it always seems to tidy up well.
