You are welcome, tomseys. Regarding security, the Firefox sandbox works along Multiprocess, so, if you disable MP, the sandbox is also disabled. For you, is a trade off. By disabling MP, you are getting stability which you didn't have, but you lose the small amount of security that the Firefox sandbox gives you. IMO, since you are experiencing the Firefox still running glitch constantly, making using the browser very inconvenient, this trade off, is worth it.

Thanks Bo elam. Yes I'll see how it goes like this. If I go back to normal e10s FF I'll just deal with the issue which only happens on fast restarts after certain sites. Perhaps it's not really that big of a deal as sgage and others have said and I can just adjust. Thanks guys!

After this update, my nahimic launcher starts to show the user account control warning at start uo!

I woudner if it has anything to do with these`
    • Updates an issue that may cause audio playback and recording to fail when connecting to a remote virtual machine.
    • Updates an issue that causes audio in certain games to be quieter or different than expected.
Any one with any other audio driver or Nahimic is having this issue?

    My original question:

After doing the update and restart, I get the following 2 messages:
Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device:
    A-Volute_3D_Sound_Experts
    and
Do you want to allow this app from an unknown publisher to make changes to your device:
    SS2svc64.exe
I never had these messages after an update. When I decline the change, and restart, then the messages come again.
    Should I decline or accept?

you may want to configure this SERVICE if this is bothering you:

    SOFTWARE PROTECTION...
"Enables the download, installation and enforcement of digital licenses for Windows and Windows applications. If the service is disabled, the operating system and licensed applications may run in a notification mode. It is strongly recommended that you not disable the Software Protection service".
I am not a PC specialist, so I need some further help.
When these messages appear after startup, shall I accept or decline?
Where can I configure the Software Protection Service, and what setting do you recommend for this?

    Thanks for the help.

That was exactly mu question 2 posts ago,
so I am not the only one

I guess it is normal considering windows made so changes to affect audio in this release,

The lazy Nahimic wont do anything about it, just wait for Microsoft to fix it,

you can do some tweaks to get red of it, but it doesn't worth it, just click on yes

Never touch the Software Protection Service - Windows will bite you in the bum if you mess with it.

    3 reported apparent bugs introduced:

I know of three bugs — all documented on this site — that bedevil both the current release of Win10 version 1903, build 18362.387, and its predecessor, the undistributed 18362.357:
