Two factor authentication (TFA) is easy, convenient, and secure when you use Microsoft Authenticator. Use your phone, not your password, to log into your Microsoft account. Just enter your username, then approve the notification sent to your phone. Your fingerprint, face ID, or PIN will provide a second layer of security in this two step verification process. After you’ve signed in with two factor authentication (TFA), you’ll have access to all your Microsoft products and services, such as Outlook, OneDrive, Office, and more.

    WHAT'S NEW

Backup and recovery feature is now available! Now, when you move to a new device, your Microsoft Authenticator app will keep your accounts, to help you avoid getting locked out or having to set up again.

They(not you Mr Brink) are a little late announcing this. I got this 1 week ago in my updates.

EDIT: Going to the play store and clicking to install, it says I have the latest version. I checked my update and it was from 1 week ago.

Yeah, the release notes changed the date to the 24th, so posted it just to be safe.

I knew something wasn't right. I am not in the beta program for this app. They were sneaky with it lol. Thanks for confirming.
