I've manually installed KB4517211 officially from the MS Catalog site and here's the winver screenshot

KB4517211 fails to install for me. I've tried three times (twice via Windows Update and once as a standalone update from the Microsoft Update Catalog. Every time I get the same error: "We couldn't complete the updates. Undoing changes". Anyone seeing the same issue or any tips to get the update installed properly? I have to say, this is the first time I've ever had a cumulative update fail to install on Windows 10.

Just for reference, I'm running Windows 10 Pro (Version 1903, OS Build 18362.356). I'm not an Insider at present (taking a break!).

Just had the same problem trying to update.
Manual install from the Update Catalog just says failed and Windows Update errors with code 0x800F081F
