    2. Don't know.
Old Thurrott article, but gives the skinny on Vibranium.

Not on Insiders anymore since about two or three weeks ago, but I am planning to use a VM when I get out of that laziness of mine because I don't want to miss all the fun (said in jest…)

Another cluster, starting round 3. When first checked, [Download] was awaiting for me, it completed to %100 and started installing. Checked on it 5 minutes later, downloading again. After 1 hour or so was the first restart and within 1-2 minutes, the install was reverting to previous update. So now downloading for the 3rd time.
Just an Update: Started the 3rd download and within 20 minutes had desktop for 18985. Go Figure

    Hi folks

working OK for me o an HP laptop --I did use UUPDUMP to install ---

I think Ms might have chosen an unfortunate mneomic for this build (VB = Very Buggy) although so far seems to be OK --UUPDUMP iso created easily and quickly -I think becausee no extra features to slipsteam into the install wim which is what happens when you get "New build with Feature updates" and the whole update ran in under 15 mins.

    Cheers

Its me again and I was wondering if System Restore was playing up again despite me disabling it in Group Policies. I'd noticed since this build installed the free space was dropping considerably..... however....

I've just had a message flash up to do a restart to finish installing updates, as in all ELEVEN of them. Geez. Turns out a whole bunch of driver updates have installed, seemingly successfully.

I had noticed and reported on there being a bunch of optional updates in the previous build and I never acted on them as all was OK. Seems MS have forced the issue here and are testing these out.

System #2, 18985 reverts using WU. Made iso from UUP, first attempt failed with a revert and this message. 3rd attempt with iso installed. I am in the phase now where it requires 3 attempts? Anybody decode this message for a clue?? Tx
