Probably because of this:
While you can uninstall Microsoft Paint if wanted, it currently will fail to reinstall afterwards. Until this is fixed in a future build of Windows 10, you can do a repair install of Windows 10 to restore Microsoft Paint.
Both the laptops got this automagically last night.
And I didn't notice before, but it seems they've blocked the LiteLayout - it breaks Acton Center from loading if I add that key to the registry now. Boo. I want that back.

Downloading, going to post my feedback soon!
Hi there
no trouble running UUPDUMP on W10 Workstation PRO VM running archlinux kernel 5-2-14 ran perfectly --the VM upgrade went without issue.
I wonder if a load of problems people have with trying to install some of these Insider / Skippy builds that I don't get on my machine(s) is that I'm running W10 for Workstations edition -- might be more "robustly constructed" than the standard W10 Pro and W10 Home --certainly there's far less initial bloat in it than with the normal standard retail W10 editions.
Cheers
