    My install got stuck at "installing updates 100%" for about 20 mins and after a forced restart "undoing changes made to your computer". This is the third build in a row where windows update fails but using UUP Dump is successful.

    On my desktop I checked for updates at 3:52. It's at 73% installing. Hope it doesn't take two tries.
