[Info added 1 day later] Interesting oddities during installation, though both test machines were ultimately successful. This one went reasonably quickly (under an hour) on the Dell XPS 2720 which has a wired Ethernet connection and faster CPU. It went incredibly slowly on the Lenvo X220 Tablet, not just because it uses 802.11n (max actual download speed observed ~78Mbps; mostly between 30 and 40 Mbps). It also, for some unfathomable reason, restarting the "working on updates" post-reboot process after getting to 100% on a first try. Went through the whole shebang a second time, after which it booted into the new OS without further issues. Weird. Another oddity: during that 2nd pass (which I watched more closely), it got up to 60% complete very quickly, then backed off to 57% and took about 10 minutes to get back to 60%. Go figure!

90 mins to the desktop. A slow one today.

Till now, all the builds have "Windows 10 Insider Preview 189xx.xxxx (rs_prerelease).
This one have "vb_release".
What means this?

vb = vibranium their new codename for this release.
