Download KB4515383 MSU for Windows 10 v1903 64-bit (x64) - 14.4 MB

Download KB4515383 MSU for Windows 10 v1903 ARM64 - 17.8 MB

The ARM64 one is only for PCs with an ARM processor. If you have an AMD or Intel CPU then you want the x64 one.
