I think Release Preview ring will get the final or nearly final code at the end of this month and general public in few weeks.

A 'seeker' in MS-speak was someone who clicked the 'check for updates' button. MS can mark an update as only being offered to 'seekers', windows update won't find it automatically, but a check for updates will. At present, the only 'seekers' that will find 1909 are on the Insider rings.
With the feature update to 1903 MS morphed the term 'seeker' to include those who clicked the optional 'download and install now'. I expect the same will apply to 1909 when it is released.
Windows 10 May 2019 Update version 1903 rollout approachMicrosoft said:
My guess is that 19H2 could be delivered any time between now and the end of this month since It will be like a CU and all the testings ought to be over by then.
Microsoft didn’t provide a firm release date for the official rollout. However, it did say it’s targeted for September. Microsoft’s John Cable also clarified this build in a second blog post saying:The next feature update for Windows 10 (known in the Windows Insider Program as 19H2) will be a scoped set of features for select performance improvements, enterprise features and quality enhancements. To deliver these updates in a less disruptive fashion, we will deliver this feature update in a new way, using servicing technology (like the monthly update process) for customers running the May 2019 Update who choose to update to the new release. In other words, anyone running the May 2019 Update and updating to the new release will have a far faster update experience because the update will install like a monthly update.Basically, it appears the new update for this fall is a cumulative update and won’t include any new features. Instead, you can think of it as a Service Pack for Windows 10 1903 May 2019 Update.
Microsoft To Deliver Windows 10 19H2 as a Cumulative Update
I understand that Slow Ring has now some 19h2 features that Release Preview ring does not. So RP ring probably get those features in some build before general availability. That's why I doubt that general release will happen this month.
At this time nothing is set in stone with MS. The reason why I think it could be delivered this month lies in the fact 19H2 is not going to be a FU and consequently could reach official release to the public like any other CU done every month. At any rate, this is a guessing game; no one really knows for sure what MS really has up its sleeves. Time will tell...
Can someone help please. Why is this version, see screenshot above, not listed on the forum?

Hello,
It was an Insider Release Preview ring build posted here: Latest Release Preview - Early Issue Release
Faith, you should be doing regular backups as a matter of course, Minimum of monthly, weekly being much better. With Macrium and most other backup software you can automate it so you don't have to think about it, it just happens.
Hi,
Updated my x99 and same deal cortana and searchui both say suspended
Even doing winkey+s after searchui goes back to suspended shortly after completeing search.
Guess ms finally fixed something.
I do have regular backup of my most important stuff in cloud and locally. But I do manually backup of some games, profiles and worlds to an external drive, which I do before each major feature update. If something went wrong nothing would be erased, it would only mean I need to spend half a day downloading, which wouldn't be too bad anyway because I have unlimited data and it's fast fiber connection. So far I haven't lost anything during any W10 upgrade, but even if I did there's not much risk of me losing anything, other than time, so I don't really care.
