Action center is not working after KB4515384.

Tried disabling and enabling it, no help.

Right click and Open action center does not work either.
    Ditto.

    Also:
    - clicking on battery and volume icons does nothing
    - right clicking on a task bar icon to close its window does nothing

Installed update and set the bing registry setting back to zero and the search no longer searches the web and cortana/cpu is fine. Thanks for the quick fix M!
apparently some users in this reddit thread are still experiencing the search/cortana issues with the KB4515384 update (just like with the KB4512941 update)

Very fast here as well. No issues that I can tell. Action Center is fine, volume indicator works fine, battery indicator works fine, etc.

I'm still having the same issue like i did with last months Cumulative Update with it failing to install, manually downloaded them and installed the service stack first which was ok but this one failed.

Odd. Which did you download, 32 or 64 bit? What build did you try it on?

The x64 version runs on my W10 Home x64 18362.356...

I tested both the x86 and x64 just to be sure, and got the same on both.

I'm running 64-bit Windows 10 Pro for Workstations Insider build 18975.
