Howdy. New member here. I have a Dell laptop Latitude E7240 with I7 and SSD.
I did the update about 7 days ago and as of yesterday, I noticed that the MS Games and uTorrent both froze up. First time that ever happened. And both those apps have Ads that run. It seems that when the ads run is when it locks up. I was playing multiple card games from start to finish and it's usually around every 6 games that it wants to show an ad. And that's when it freezes. uTorrent continuously has an ad window running on the bottom left.

That's good to hear Faith. I would have been very surprised otherwise. Curious though, do you also do image backups of the OS drive(s)?
I don't, but maybe I should? How does this work exactly? I don't have an optical drive anymore (who does?), so I use the Windows download tool from my Microsoft account to a USB stick if I ever need it. Drivers are easy to just download, and my profile settings are stored in the cloud.

Mm, what would you do if your system disk became irretrievably unbootable or failed?

Disk images can be 10s or even 100's of GB so are written to e.g. large USB HDDs.
Disk images are compressed copies of the used parts of the partitions or disks imaged.

Assuming Macrium reflect (free) a very basic pattern is:
    - select the option to image Windows - that's all 4 partitions for UEFI.
You start with a larger base image, then create a base image.
Periodically thereafter, either manually or on schedule, create a differential image (smaller, faster than the base image creation).

Then, if something goes wrong, you can restore any of the image partitions to as it was on any of the dates for which you have an image file.

You can create a bootable flash drive e.g. using MR too.

All of which is completely off the topic of this thread...

That's not being offered automatically yet, may be part of the next Cumulative Update, .357 is aimed at IE11. I have installed it on a few machines as Internet Explorer is still used on them.
