so have I, f14tomcat. though I'm not in any insider ring to have build 18363.356 on a test machine [I've installed this build thru a uup dump]

Edit: now I have v1909 build 18363.357 as the KB4522016 CU for 1903 just came out
You must have done the KB with the .cab from the catalog. Not on WU.

    Cumulative Update KB4522016 Windows 10 v1903 build 18362.357 Sept. 23

I still can't figure when the Slow Ring and RP Ring will merge. Both Rings are on different build numbers yet the end result is supposed to be 19H2.
Has anyone got any info on this or is Microsoft going to continue to confuse me

from post regarding Build 18363.385 which was just released few hours ago to RP ring:

    KB4517211 Windows 10 Build 18362.385 19H1 and 18363.385 19H2 - Sept.23

This update contains all the same 19H2 features also available to Insiders in the Slow ring

So merging of builds is coming closer
